Charlotte’s classes are centred around the flow of moving. Starting the class with somatic, improvisation and yoga techniques, Charlotte remains curious about the anatomical self and what efforts are needed to support the body in movement. Charlotte’s classes build in longer sequences ranging from floor work organic phrases that encourage rhythmic and dynamic choices. A sense of joy and artistry to be found when moving through the practice.
