Originally from Brighton and Hove, I grew up with a passion for the Arts, graduating from TrinityLaban in 2012. During the last 12 years I have worked as a performer, teacher, and now a well-established rehearsal director. Innovative in my approach, working with artists internationally in various settings, creating an open and supportive environment for all to deliver their best.

I continue to work in this industry because of what dance can do for so many people. I love the ability to enhance and offer artists development tools, and to give back knowledge from my years of experience. As well as, to introduce people to movement so that they may enjoy what it can do for the mind body and soul. At the start of 2024 I qualified as a yoga teacher in Vinyasa and Hatha styles providing private 1-2-1 and group classes.

In between my rehearsal directing and teaching work, I am also a fully trained Swedish Masseuse and offer home massage appointments.
